Domain Sale/Appraisal Scam

Just wanted to inform everybody about Domain Sale/Appraisal alert
Have seen few threads created here with 123-reg addresses and website
But recently I received one with hostgator-server.info email address and when you discuss about the sale they ask for appraisal from domain-reports.com which was just registered 2016-06-30
At least they should use old domain adrresses

Any way be Aware and be safe

That's what I did after the appraisal email, but I doubt I will hear from them again

They relpied today with their sales pitch of the appraisal i replied with if you think its a 10k to 20k domain submit an offer plus told them i needed them to pay a fee of 1000 % their appraisal fee
