Im starting a gaming site , letsay its name is mydomain .
As a result Im going to purchase Mydomain.com, uk, net and a few others
im going to buy mydomainpoker.com,uk,net and a few others
im going to buy mydomaincasino.com,uk,net and a few others
im going to buy mydomainsportsbook.com,uk,net and a few others
Looking at a site say bodog , it says bodog is a registered trademark.
So here are my two questions
1. Registering the name bodog , does that mean noone can buy a domain with the word bodog in ??
2.In the case of bodog, did they trademark the bodog word in the US alone or worldwide. My thinking here is would trademarking in the US alone protect me enought or would I have to trademark in the entire world. Since .com,net are Really US prefixes ( thus used by the entire world)
