Looking at a site say bodog , it says bodog is a registered trademark.

So here are my two questions

1. Registering the name bodog , does that mean noone can buy a domain with the word bodog in ??

2.In the case of bodog, did they trademark the bodog word in the US alone or worldwide. My thinking here is would trademarking in the US alone protect me enought or would I have to trademark in the entire world. Since .com,net are Really US prefixes ( thus used by the entire world)

Bodog is unique and branded as such. Any registrations of bodog could be challenged. Bodog is registered in hte US, but contries will recognize other countries TMs, additionally, the internet reaches worldwide. So using an arguement that Bodog is only US will not fly. In UDRP, rights to a name needs to be proven. Since Bodog has a registered mark, they can show rights.
