Domain Parking or Develop?

I would like to know, is it better to park the domain and sell it or Build a site, then later on sell it?

For me, parking never pays. I always suggest development. But many people earn from parking too.

i say development. if it earns a lot from parking then it can be a gold mine with further development

Yes, develop the domain name and you can earn through PPC like adsense, bidvertiser etc....

Development is as good as always better than parking but development takes time and it is easy to spend more time develop compared to what you potential can get in return. For sure try to develop some of your domains but IMHO you should focus your time on the most promising domains, especially the domains that already get traffic.
