Domain or Domains?

Which keyword is better? domain or domains?

a) domain (for example: mydomain.com, domaindirect.com, domainpeople.com)
b) domains (for example: buydomains.com, greatdomains.com, cheapdomains.com)

"Domain" is a more popular keyword, but less targeted to what we think of as domains.

If it's a domain sales site - I would prefer 'domains'
If it's a domain-related site - 'domain' might work better.

Domain is usually better keyword. However it depends on how you are going to use the keyword.
