I have a domain I registered on godaddy on auction, but I'm wondering now if it's a trade name violation. The domain is getflexer dot com . I decided to follow some advice on another thread and look for companies that might be interested in buying. What I discovered that a there are a few trademarks for flexer. If I'm in bad territory, I should remove my domain from auction.
