Domain name with business partner

I have recently bought a domain for my e-commerce store. I am starting a partnership with my business partner with 50 50 shares.
I want to ask what should be the right way to secure the domain as no single partner must have the complete authority to sell the domain in future without the consent of other and things should remain transparent between us.

I am new in this business so really need help?

Write a contract or pay Escrow/MarkMonitor services to manage your domain for you. Of course it is all depending on much money allocated to manage your domain asset.

Several domain registrars offer custodian service, NameSilo and Moniker come to mind. Just call the sales phone number.
