They have announced that the director has planned for a trilogy. Furthermore its searched over 1.25 million times in google per month.

What do you think?

When you do search on g00gle, search like this "the avatar trilogy". = 2080

There is a book title and as you said in your post, James Cameron has announced a trilogy of Avatar films. This is what is known as bad faith a registration. I agree, there is no real value here even though it has so many searches simply because anyone who buys will likely get a C&D (cease and desist) from Cameron and crew.

Your only option is to make a fansite which is generally accepted but be aware that even then they may decide that they want it.

I will say reg fee at this time, make it into a fansite.
