I have been buying domain names and realized that I have over 100 domains and think I should sell a few.

Where is the best place to sell domains? Also what is the best way to sell them, i.e., auction, fixed price?

Thanks for your help.

Of course, NamePros is the best place to sell your domains!

Selling is easy...making profit...not so easy.

try:

SEDO
Afternic
Afternic Bazaar
Various forums (including here).

Good-luck,

NamePros has some experts, so I expect that you can find some market here, and people usually realize the real value of your domain name. Good Luck!

Also before selling on SEDO, read up on the fee terms and what fees apply for which extension.

I have all of my domains parked at Sedo, but I have been watching Afternic (they just sold America.org today for $20k) and it seems like they get more traffic.

I am thinking about listing one of my .pros with Afternic, maybe VoiceOverIP.pro and put it up for auction. Good/Bad idea?

B-)
well said, Jeff.

Sedo is my favorite place, I believe selling websites on Sedo is their best feature - many websites posted get bids within 3 months, which is a lot faster than domains (most likely because domain names aren't necessarily proven revenue makers where websites are live and can show the value of the item in question.

Welcome to the domain name market

HI

I would list every domain name you own on afternic.com and sedo.com you have nothing to loose and I would also setup a website with a domain name reseller script and list all my domains on that....

I would then submit that website to all the search engines you can and I would also post a few of the domain names on forums such as this one and at the same time in your sig file link to the site where you have all your domain names listed for sale.

You just need to get the word out about the domain names you have for sale and then after a while you will start selling your domains,

Thanks
