Domain name agreement ?

Hi,

I have question,

I am buying domain name, i will meet the owner in person ( we both live in Egypt ) Give him the cash and he will push the domain name to my account.

its mid X,XXX Sale, I want to ask what kind of papers or contract do i need for this sale to protect me ?

You could just set up a meeting in front of a computer.
You give the cash, he pushes the domain in front of you.

An Egyptian lawyer might be much more helpful then us. Should at least have a receipt (preferably a contract) and could even have a witness since its in person. Goodluck and dont do it until you have all possiblites covered
