Dear experts,
I bought a domain for initially a couple of years. I did not do any of these researches before buying, but did later:
1) looking for name search in google
2) looking for dns history
It came to my notice that the domain was registered and dropped over 2018-2019.
To my surprise, the exact 2 word domain name is found as departmental blog of one US university.
Now, I already think of giving up an idea of writing blogs (mostly academic ones as I planned that way) on it.
Please suggest what are the risks and what can I do to save my approach.

Hi branding,
As I explore their blog (with 'blog name' of concern), they have:
1) numerous posts that are titled with a separator (-) followed by 'blog name'
2) their 'blog name' maybe University's trademark (which I am not sure, not familiar with American stuffs)
3) Even if I pass this major test, algorithmic test may be super annoying (I mean search engines and their own judgement on my 2 words 'domain name' which is exactly their 'blog name')
