domain Domain name - intangible asset

I am contemplating selling my company. It's domain name is truecolours.com. What are your thoughts about the domain name having to be sold along with the rest of the assets of the company or how feasible is it to withhold the domain? However, as an intangible asset of the company I need to get some idea of its worth.
