Hello,

I would like to know, if I am brokering a domain name above 10K for example, all I need as a broker to work the transaction via Escrow.com, so I register a broker account and then take it forward with both parties? Any contracts needed between the buyer and seller?

In @Ali Zandi Interview selling Freedom.com he talked about singing contract between the buyer and seller? why it was not taken via Escrow.com only? maybe because it was huge payment?

Thanks
Amro

For legal reasons, I would never broker without a contract, regardless of whether the payment goes through escrow or not.
