Its ShopCost with an extension of .co

No different from ShopCost.ca or ShopCost.com or ShopCost.org

Now the fact that it looks like Costco is a definite plus.

All depends on how it is used and I'm definitely not going to use it in any way that would imply costco the company.

That said.... I would not be opposed to a sale of a nice hack if costco wanted it.
