yes but when went to check out, they ask a min. $2.00 for paypal payment and $5.00 for CCs or put some funds called pre-pay.
So I just end up removing my cart and close site

when I first open site price is 1.99 and I search for right domain for me. But when add to cart price go up to 9.99$ ???

BookMyName.com is selling .eu domains at €1! The only extra money added up at the cart is VAT (%19), that makes it a total of€1.20 per domain.

I don't know how long this promotion is for, it is running right now. Renewal prices of .eu domains are €4.99 which is their normal price for a .eu domain, that is what I paid for it when I bought mine with them I wish they had been running the €1 offer back then.
