i want to broker a domain name that is privacy protected at ns.
it is been shown the ns default under construction page.
the email id for contact shows :

How can i inquire about this domain name?
i send a mail to above address and never get any reply.

what can i do now?

chances are they have privacy on for a reason.

You could also try DomainTools.com History. There may have been a time when the whois wasn't protected. Archive.org might be a lesser possibility.
