Majority of the domains on that list sit on namerservers for domainer friendly parking companies, can you call them end users, or people in the same boat, trying to sell their domains?

I'm sorry to say but this is reality: majority or domainers and end-users are afraid and clueless about all these ngtld. Honestly, I'm in a domain business for over 15 years now, and I've lost track of these ngtlds. I see a very bleak future for all these ngtlds. Only dotcom would outshine. DotOrg and dotNet would be alright as well.

Any other opinions? .Agency is getting some attention with travel.agency(. That can't do anything but help the value of another strong keyword with the same extension.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I had the same thoughts you did. I was thinking that this had to bring $1k or more. I have this in an Flippa auction ending in a hour and thus far it is it has bid up to $150. A lot of interest so maybe it starts to run at the end; however we will see.

Single sales have a tendency to overstimulate the believe in some TLD's and expected prices. A classic example from the past is beauty.cc. While travel.agency went for a relative high price it cannot stand alone to forecast the price level of other .agency sales.
