Domain API - To reg domains without prepaid balance

Hi guys,

I just want to ask if anybody here knows of any good Domain API to reg domains. Best to be a REST... easy to do with through GET and answer to be in JSON.

I know of couple (internetbs, namecheap, ...) but they all need to have at leat $50 prepaid balance on the account. I would rather one where the domains can be bought with paypal balance or credit card. I don't want to have money locked at some registrar.

I have never had to have a prepaid balance with namecheap to buy either a single domain, or even a group of domains.

Possibly the type of account you have. Reseller accounts tend to require a balance left in the registrar and these funds used when regging.
