Was Thinking about joining Domain Aftermarket to sell off a few descent domains. Was wondering if anyone could tell me if they've had a good experience with them.
I'm almost positive he's talking about a site called "Domain Aftermarket".GoPC said:567 posts and you are "thinking" about joining the domain aftermarket? LOL!

That speaks volumes. Thanks, cfg and thanks everyone for the tips.cfguru360 said:For 3-char domains it could be a good place to sell. But, other than that, I believe names sell there way too cheap. For example, here are expired name sales of TDNAM domains in the past:
parentalfilter.com $90
modelingplanet.com $172
xbox360gamer.com $165
laptopblog.com $80
autofraud.com $161
burstclick.com $40
ps3lounge.com $35
codertalk.com $80
videogamegeek.com $15
These are sales I have only tracked or participated in. But there were more, and all of these sold for less than reseller prices. I'd stay away from TDNAM for selling unless I'd have 3-char domain, and even with that I'm not too sure.
I'm convined now, more than ever, that names attached to expiring domains and set in the context of an auction, have a magatism to them that is tough for the individual guy to compete with. I sell functional art through galleries and the prices/prestige relies upon my work being shown in the context of- to be framed by- the gallery. You can can apply the same principles of consumer psycholgy to domain names. (ie what makes something desirable?),bigcassgbr said:I have sold 5 names with TDNAM...2, 3 letter Dot.cc's -
It seems the expired domaion auctions gets the action but I post
first in the auction..then if it doesn't sell I post in the fixed market price category.
I would say...its worth it to list if you have mid xx or lowxxx names.
For premier names - you may not get such a high price though
