ive tried adding a domain onto my server which i no has domain addon support and i keep getting an error:
Code:
Error from park wrapper: Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.
and some times:
Code:
Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 72.233.51.62,72.233.51.62 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

i use name.com as a registrar, and lets assume that im a total noob at dns so somebody mind giving me a hand adding a domain.

i no for sure its the right domain, maybe its something wrong with the name servers do i have to have the nameservers as the same as the main domain is using or do i have to use the ip name servers provided

please help im in kinda desperate need

I'm assuming a few things so correct me if I'm wrong. You registered a domain through a registrar like godaddy or networksolutions, but it's still parked at the registrar, meaning you didn't login to your registrar's control panel and associate the domain with your hosts DNS servers:
Primary: 72.233.51.62
Secondary: 72.233.51.62
(One thing that is very bad is that both nameservers are on the same IP, that's a big red flag right there to possibly look for a different hosting company)

Once you have associated your new name with those DNS IP's, then in your control panel software, or webserver config files if you're not using a control panel, you can associate the subdomain with the correct virtual host.

Does that make sense? It just looks like your webserver's DNS hasn't been updated to be 'in charge' of your new registered domain name.
