Was wondering what research tools others might be using to do Fast Initial domain TM research, other than what's already been mentioned, like Trademarkia. Eg. I noticed on DomainIQ.com that once you enter in a domain name and do a search, under 'Domain Details' they have a category labelled 'Flags', which will give some information on potential TM issues if they think there might be any. A few expired domains I ran through it today showed there being possible TM issues with them, with whom those issues might be with, and the possible risk %.
Fyi/Word of caution: The DomainIQ flagging doesn't seem to be totally accurate, though, as I checked a couple names that I know have TMs and nothing came up. Eg. Checked for Angel/Heart/Jewels/com and it showed no flags, when there's an AngelHeart trademarked for the jewelry category in the U.S.
