Does the size of the ads matter for CPM?

If I don't have many clicks, I only want the CPM. Does it matter if the size of the ads is smaller or larger?

For example, if I have two small ads instead of one large ad, do I have more impression?

You get the same amount of impressions per ad unit. The size may or may not effect the CPM, it depends on the advertisers, in theory a large CPM ad would pay more since it's more noticeable on the site.

I see CJ ads may have different prices for different sizes. However adsense and adbrite do not show the price

from my personal expierence the large square like banners have the highest CPM rates, followed the the large horizontal and vertical banners. The tiny boxes that can be fit into almost any webpage usually provide the lowest CPM, but it is nothing drastically different.

The theory that there different because there more noticeable might be true, but I think the amount of sites paying for networks ads in the Large squares are greater then the tiny banners, meaning a bigger ad rotation and more counted CPM impressions.
