I heard from somewhere that parking makes negative impact for seo. It means the one who buys it later has to deal hard for SEO?
    Is this true?

It depends what kind of parking you are referring to,

if you talk about a sales lander similar to Undeveloped's then no, you won't necessarily lose any seo that has been made on the domain as undeveloped provides both https and a customised description which will get indexed.

if you talk about parking for monetisation from various feeds then yes, any work that has been made on the domain will slowly vanish, domain will slowly get de-indexed from google's index, etc.

Someone that's more experienced in seo will probably give you a better answer though

if, a domain is parked, gets traffic and earns revenue..... does it really need seo?

    prolly not

though, if a new owner uses it for something unrelated to what visitors were previously looking for,
then they ( the new site) would experience lower conversion rate from that existing traffic.

    imo….

This is prohibited by Google Terms.

No actually, I have this recently bought Domain "Cheapfly8.com" and I wanna sell it. But until I sell I just don't wanna park but rather I wanna use it. I have one Domain with hosting "Besmartass.com", I made one subdomain "Cheapfly8.besmartass.com" and redirected the main domain to it. I managed to make the Sitemap too. I am just curious if I can make my main Domain SEO optimized just by redirecting it to other managed Website.

    Too Long to Read!!! :xf.grin::xf.grin::xf.grin:

    And again...
In terms of monetization such redirected traffic is invalid and prohibited by Google.
Soon or later your domain will be banned to show Google Ads.

If no any monetization using Google feed - then you may redirect freely.

ebay.com had no traffic. Then it was acquired and used by eBay, Inc. and traffic went through the roof. Do you think it mattered what was on the site before?

Lot of nonsense being posted here.

    Also consider:

    > Parking companies are not using Google AdWords.

They use Google AdSense for Domains.

    No.

The way it works is that a company that wants the ads, uses AdWords. They pay for the PPC. Then the company that wants to place the ads on their domains, uses AdSense - then the AdWords PPC are placed onto the domains.

However, parking companies for their domains do not use any Google ads at all, they have their own system for this sort of thing, which is why I say No - Google ads do not appear on parked pages with no content. (Google Adsense for Domains was retired as a Google product June 27, 2012.)

    LOL

They all are using Google AdSense XML feed via AdSense API.
+ various ZeroClick networks for Tier2-monetization.

Yes, this program was stopped for individuals.
But it works for parking companies only.

"Only websites with over 100,000 daily page views across user pages are eligible to participate in the AdSense Host API program."

There are a lot of assumptions being made, and as someone else posted: "Perhaps they are big enough that they have come to some arrangement with Google. Perhaps they are a premium publisher. Perhaps the ads are not Google ads at all."

If any additional questions - ask Bodis/ParkingCrew/Voodoo etc. - and they will confirm the same.

    There is also Yahoo feed.
But it is unpopular, only DomainAdvertising and Skenzo use it.

The company I park with says No they do not use Google whatsoever. They bring me a couple hundred a month consistently so evidently Google is no be all or end all.

Thank you, everyone, for your valuable input. I came to know that parking doesn't matter for a later purpose. As I wrote before that I have redirected my domain to new another subdomain. My question is: if it is possible to optimize SEO for the main domain. That when people search for the Cheapfly8 or similar terms then they see "Cheapfly8.com" rather than "Cheapfly8.besmartass.com". Currently, I see that it is parked with GoDaddy although I removed the parking and I see my Subdomain "Cheapfly8.besmartass.com".

    What company?
    TheParkingPlace/Redirect???
Yes, they work via ZeroClick model, Google PPC is not used by them.
All others, except Skenzo and DomainAdvertising, are based on AdSense API.

    Who still doesn't understand English...
This is from my archived conversation of 2015 with Matt (Bodis founder and CEO):

Almost all the tens of thousands of our users with the exception of a handful are on the Google setup. We won't redesign our sign up page now as we are mainly focused on the Google side of monetization.

    What sense???
You will not receive any gain, because lack of SEO parameters of your newly created subdomain, so nothing will be inherited.
