Does Name.com take transfer fee ?

I have Domain at name.com which i want to transfer to another registrar , do they take a fee if we transfer a domain somewhere else ?

I dont think so, Im almost sure I've transferred domains away from them in the past, but, as always, read the fine print.

I couldn't find anything about it except that a Domain cant be transferred to another registrar within 60 days of purchase.

name.com is a registrar or a reseller ?
