opinion Does having a domain with spam rating effect your online business ?

Hi There,

I do have a premium brandable and I want to start eCommerce business by turning this domain to a Website.

However this domain has a bad spam rating searching by its name on google brings a adware "how to remove ----- from your system"

Now I am worried if I can use this name to start my eCommerce business or not ?

And are there any ways to request google to remove those articles which are indexed with reference to the Adware ?
