Does enom.tv accept paypal?
Is there any registrar which can accept paypal and the .tv reg fee is under $29?

I don't think that they do as I was looking for it when I was registering names with Enom.tv. Their price is $24.95/year, which is one of the cheapest out there

Paypal allows you to have virtual 'credit' cards, I've been registering through me.tv, using paypal to pay for it and the domain gets dumped into my enom.tv account.

Namecheap accepts paypal and you can get .tv's for $25.
