I recently discovered the Skeleton framework to create simple, light-weight responsive websites. I'm using it to develop the site in my Signature below. I actually have not read enough but just started my development right away. I need to learn how to:
1. Design navigation bar which can collapse into that standard mobile menu icon.
2. How to add image that can scale according to the screen width.
3. How to change background color.
4. How to enable media query and become responsive.
etc.
Nothing big, but just small changes in UI elements.
If you any place that covers such basics, please let me know. The several websites I tried are just too complex projects.
