Does anyone think LLLL may become as valuable as LL.com?

I have been thinking and over the last 5+ years domain prices have risen dramatically due to supply and demand. The fact the millions of companies are setting up worldwide on a daily basis increases the value of short domains. For Example LL domains prices have rocketed.

Does anyone else think that LLLL over the next say 5 years will increase dramatically?

So surely its worth while buying up as many decent LLLL while there reasonably priced and holding onto them and then sell for a huge profit?

Opinions please.

Comparing apples and oranges.

Why are LLL (and LL) popular ? Because they are used for corporate acronyms.
LLLL.com can be valuable if they are real words or brandable names like CVCV.
But many will not be suitable for acronyms.

i remember LL com being sold as low as $19k, which was about 11 years ago

LLL com were selling for $200 and NNN.com for even less, but now NNN com prices are higher than average LLL com

LLLL were available to hand register as well as 3 char .com


as you can see, the ability to buy and wait to sell, increases roi


but LLLL com will never be as valuable as LL com are now

Simple supply and demand.

Good LLLL.com have value because they are good domains, not because they are a LLLL.com.

It's just like bmugford said. The simple answer here is No. An LLLL.com will never be as valuable as an LL.com...The reason why is simple - there are fewer LL combinations then there are LLLL.

That doesn't mean LLLL.com domains will never be valuable or never sell for thousands. It just means that LL.com's will always be more valuable than an LLLL
