Does anyone speak Arabic well?

Does anyone speak fluent Arabic? If so, I'm interested in somewhat of a "trade" if you will. I will teach you (better) English if you need it, or I can teach you Italian if you want. I know bits of Arabic but that is all. If you haven't read my other posts, I already know quite a few languages, but none of the Eastern origin. So if you would like to help, I would much appreciate it!
