If it has a number in it then it is by definition not 4L. To answer your question, I think they have little investment potential, I do not see them being sought after by other investors.
Yes correct LLNN, NNLL, LNNN & NNNL have gain value because they were all registered out. But the question is how about others I haven't scan them for about long time, not sure what is the last status but it was like this in last time. If you look at the list, less combinations has more potential to finish earlier.

Random LLNL has long way to go. LNL is normally about 40 times less than similar LLL, so if random LLLL is $300, then random LLNL would be less than $10, i.e. reg fee. Chip LLNL could be around $50 by the same logic, but I'd say still reg fee, given very little end user potential.
Also, LL4L or LL2L would be better because 4=for and 2=to, so it could be meaningful...
