Do you want SEOs to exist

i do not want them as they artificailly create fault results in the searches that are made

SEO doesn't have to be a bad thing.

Computer algorithms are only so good at working out what a page is about. Optimising a page so that it's easier for search engines to understand what it's about can help: it helps search engines to improve the relevance of their results, searchers to find what they're looking for, and website owners to attract an audience.

Of course, some SEOs do either mispresent content (making it look like it's about something that it isn't) or create worthless content solely for the search engines, which is bad both for search engines and for searchers.

Just because SEO can be abused doesn't mean it's a bad thing per se though.

I think SEO's only create the page and the content in the digested form and try to help the search engine bots to crawl them better.

If there were not SEO techniques then maybe some very useful resources would not have been indexed as they should be.

Useage of proper titles and other things helps the search engines.

I agree that SEO must exist and this may it be for the sole purpose of delivering relevant result for the searcher's. Off course this is being abused, but most of the time the ones that are abusing dont stay too long..

SEO must remain imo.

Hi all,

i love seo, and being honest is of course paramount, getting results is really hard work, and more and more people are taking on the role or marketing and promotion of there websites themselves, and thats fantastic.

I personally dont think there are any silver bullets to SEO, there are ways to rank and get free traffic that anyone can do without spending thousand, and cheating will work for a few weeks then, "bam" your gone, thats from a white hat,, gone bad,

it isnt just the seo side that rips people off, I see hundreds of website owners that have forked out thousands for an ebay template, and then get stung big dollars for hosting. with zero return or traffic.

At least seo delivers
