I do know a use for this. I seen videos of guys traveling across the country on the cheap, and they stop at public libraries and use their wifi and recharge their batteries. A nearest library app. Feels need to develop it to have value though.

The problem you face with this domain name has to do with people finding you. If they go to Google and type "nearest library" your domain will probably come up first, right? Nope, Google's results will come up first with a map and the answer they need ready to go. They would never even look at the organic or paid results.

People always choose the path of least resistance. After they type that into Google and get the results, going to your page is an extra step. Typing their zip code is an extra step. Pressing "Search" is an extra step. Hopefully, the results will be what they want and if they are, it will probably give them directions back on Google which is an extra step.

So, we are talking about 4 extra steps you hope they perform after Google already displayed the answer they needed. Only to take them back to Google.

When choosing domain names to purchase, don't just think about the site you'll setup and how cool it will look. Think about the process people will go through to find that site and use it.
