I am at work and my work's computer blocks YouTube so cannot watch the film. The title of the thread sounds a bit pervvy but given your explanation I assume you are talking about the swing where you sit on a piece of wood tied to a bar with 2 chords ?

Yeah, did it a lot as a kid. When I was 8 - 11 years old we had a swing in the garden from which I would sing all my favourite tunes The neighbours were polite enough to never comment on my vocal performances. It can be quite relaxing especially with a strong wind blowing through your hair, but the bad part is I sorta feel bad when I'm the only adult doing it and when someone else can catch me so I'd need some really remote playground where nobody can catch me. As that is hard to find in a metropolis of almost 2000000 people, I haven't done any swinging in a long time ...

But I agree: let the inner child in yourself go from time to time. There's a small child in each of us, and it's nothing to be ashamed of, on the contrary it's healthy :D
