Do the "drop lists" catch everything?

Do the 'drop lists' people claim to get ahold of have every known expiring .com/.net/.org/(some EPP compliant cctlds like .me, .us, .ca etc) in existance or are there a lot that go unnoticed too? Do they catch all the expiring 2-4 character names, without a doubt? Are there a lot that go unnoticed? Is there a point to making a bot that finds them all?
