I used to be more active in the domain + small website space around 2016–2018 and recently started reviewing some of my older projects again.
One of them is a small utility-style website in the TikTok tools niche:

It’s a simple tool site (downloader style), AdSense-approved, and the domain is still relatively young (a few months old).
I’m not here to sell anything — just genuinely curious from a domain investor / builder perspective:
• Do small utility/tool domains still have resale value in 2026?
• Are AdSense-approved domains considered an advantage anymore?
• If a domain like this started getting consistent organic traffic, how would you personally value it? (multiple of monthly profit? traffic-based? brand value?)
Would appreciate insights from people who actively buy/sell or build small monetized domains.
