Do not use Canaca services

Canaca.com is a hosting company.
I had some previous experience about phpproxy hosting and knew that it is not an easy case. URLhost.net was friendly and told me days before that they have to suspend my proxy site, as its overloading their servers, but they have also promised to be able to host it in the future.

Now,
I have mailed Canaca if i'm going to be able to use phpproxy on their host, they said no problem. I paid for 3 month, just after 5 days they have suspended my site. Giving back NO MONEY (even though the 30 days money back guarantee, which seems to be a scam). They claim that i have violated the contract by overloading the server (HAHA), if so, why did they LET ME to host phpproxy? They knew that it will kill their servers. Answer is pretty clear, they wanted me to host it. So they can just suspend it after 5 days and grab the few dollars.
As you cant add further domains, and using phpproxy is now after payed for the host not allowed, basically you cant do anything.

All i can say is that 1. Never believe the 30 days money back guarantee 2. Do not use Canaca as your host.

Though I think it may have been a miscommunication between the support guy and the people responsible for account monitoring.

Might be, but we had a 2 week long conversation, i've told them million times that i think its nonsense, still.
