I dont think you need to do this with any other registrar except uniregistry.

Maybe more experienced members can suggest better.

Sedo demands for change of your DNS if you are parking with them. You are demanded to submit a code on your registrar account if you are listing your domain with them for ownership verification.
All of them demands for change of DNS, yes! you can list your domain everywhere but you can only change DNS on only one of them. Change of DNS is just for parking.

Parking = Change DNS
Selling= Not necessarily change DNS

You can list on Sedo without parking. They will either verify the ownership via Whois or make you prove it in some way.
