In your opinion does DNScoop give accurate estimates of value?
I bought a name on TDNAM just got it in my account so havent parked it yet, PR 0 but indexed , DNScoop gives its value at $2,000

prec can mean Precedence
or precious as in semi precious stones
probably some meanings im missing too

Quite simply, no.. You can't trust free domain appraisal systems that are automated. Often times they search for key sections of a domain, such as two of the same vowel or the length of the phrase. Honestly, I have absolutely no clue what eprec.com could be used for. To use it for precedence is possible, however an end-user would most likely just buy eprecedence.com. I can't see "prec" meaning 'precious,' either. I'd say the domain is only worth registration fee and not much more. Perhaps if you developed the website you could sell it off as a fully-developed site.
