Dns Issues Please Help!!

What does this mean? I have a domain that I changed from my parking service to my server about 1 month ago, on and off over that month the domain would change between the parking site and the fresh site that I created on it. At times just the "www" version of the site would be with me and the non"www" would still be showing the parking page. So what is going on?

I admit I should have acted earlyer on this but I kinda left it and got on with other stuff but now I see it is STILL SHOWING THE PARKED PAGE!!!!! Arrrgggghh. Please help me to know why this is happening, I do a whois lookup and it is pointing to my server

Can you tell me how exactly to do that?
I have redirected before www to non-www using the htaccess file & a
step by step online tutorial but how exactly to do this one?

If it's a DNS issue redirect will not work.

Can you check your DNS zone?
You should have a CNAME record similar to this:

www 14400 IN CNAME domain-without-www

Or if you PM me your domain name, I can run some DNS checks against it.
