Yes. Here is a little history. I bought the template over at WHT. It is 100% unique and I have ongoing communication with the guy I bought it from. After I bought (75$) it I had about 100 bucks worth of mods done to it. I then got another coder to do the custom contact forms (30$).

From there I completely filled in all the content. I worked on this about 20 hours. I changed and modded a bunch of stuff. I have put alot of work into this and I hope it shows.

For money. I actually have surgery coming up, and I also have a forum that needs some funds...so this is the first to go. A complete business.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. The site is brand spanking new, no stats. Only promotion I have done is a submission to DMOZ which has not gone through (yet)(and cannot guarantte it will...you know how DMOZ is)

Right now this is being sold as a package. This is a complete package....if I dont get any offers after a while then I will break up everything. However that domain I will not let go for less than 500 bucks as traffic and revenue grows by the day. So for 500..might as well ad 300 more and get a completely developed site, plus the other domains.

I am going to the lower the price some on this. Offers will now start at 800.00 and bin is 1100.

Considering you can sell the domains for an instant return and make most if not all (or actually alot more) than your money back once you find the right...and you still have the site and content to do with what you want.

Also, I doubt anyone here will need it but I can provide some free hosting too.
