We are selling this site which we have built for almost a year now. It is PR4 in Google.
Alexa ranking is 124,37203

There are 2437 members at DNHour.com.

There are more than 10,000 links to the website, 15,700 listings on Google and 54,000 listings on Yahoo.

We have not marketed the site at all and we have not really serviced our advertisers. We are only selling our banner ads for $50.00/month, if the site is properly maintained, it should sell for much more. We did not even take the initiatives to market our ads for sale.

Anyone can list their domains for sale at the home page, right at the top. A listing for 30 days cost $2.99, again it was not marketed at all. We get about a few listings a month, nothing to shout about.

Our Adsense is about USD80.00 for August after we changed the location of the ads. In July it was about $50.00.

mmm....thats a good question. I am not very sure about the 47,000 page views and 13,000 Adsense impressions...mainly because I have not really looked at the stats or trying to figure it out at all.

The bid to get the SEDO auction started is USD2,500.00 and there is no reserve after that.

Okay, but why are you wanting to go to SEDO? What are you basing your value of $2500.00 on? Income is less than $100.00 a month. Normal value of a site is 10 months revenue plus extra for real potential or Domain name value.

Estibot's value of the domain is only $170.00? Is there other income here or something I am missing? I like the site but can't see where you are coming from on estimated value?

Well now it is up to $7600.00 today. Of course Estibot is very accurate so I wouldn't want to under bid it at $6600.00 as suggested.

Pretty good increase of $170.00 to $7600.00 in 2 days!
