I think the correct spelling is Dnieper, and I'm afraid I can't really see a value for this domain, unless you develop it. The extention really doesn't help either, as the river doesn't even flow through India.

Actually, the .in extention is the Indian country TLD. I wasn't aware that Dnepr is the more popular name though, I presumed Dnieper was, as it was the first mentioned.
