First of all, try to figure out, that word plays well with TV/Media industry. Do not rely on appraisals, rely on possible end users and how they can profit using your name.

I see it as a great travel or getaway domain name.
Maybe it's just me but I invision distant shores...
3k quick flip or develope it as a travel affiliate and make that amount quarterly. Imo
