You could throw a mini site on it that includes info about opening a dispensary biz in medical states. A repository resource about dispensaries with ads, affiliates, etc.

Better than reg free even in the lowly .biz

low xx reseller, low to mid xxx to an end user with a dispensary that likes the name (possibly to use it as a menu for delivery service dispensaries)
