Don't know anything about adult domains, but this just seemed like a no brainer...

Also, if anyone knows of ways I could quickly monetize it (without having to spend too much time looking at wangs), that'd be awesome.

The domain itself ...I consider it 3 figure territory, to the buyer that appreciates it (as a package). Modern adult brands need to be exciting, a figure of authority for the stuff they offer ...or at least intriguing to click, to be somewhat successful. I just don't see that in "wank wang" or "wang wank", as a brand

I think that this name is way too creative for porn industry. As mentioned correctly - no business will build brand about it, and if target is one of thousands porn sites - it's cool, but they compete heavily, many prefer ''porn'' or ''sex'' in names, for better SEO.
But I agree with @jhm - it has a chance, but you probably have to be quite patient here to wait for the right buyer.
