Not a big fan of .net's but took a gamble on these two drops:

HoloGlasses
HoloTours

I would stay away from TM names, unfortunately MS has trademarked HoloTour. I think you'll find thats why it was available.

Hmm thanks. Might put it up for a grand and hope for the best...Hope our friend in Delhi and the owner of the .com won't have any problems...maybe he got it before MS got the trademark?

I believe (I could be totally wrong) it also could be considered bad faith if you were to renew a domain after a TM is filed. Lucky for the 2 msft holo tm name owners Ive checked, theirs are both regged until 2017, really hope they make their sales before then.

As per my knowledge, reg date really doesn't matter much when it comes to TM disputes. Many people have lost their names just because they didn't make any use of it. Meanwhile trademark holder has created identity with that name. If you have not used it for long period, you have a chance of loosing it. Creation of business identity is more important rather than a mere registration date.

My above question is answered. Recent domain gang article talks of the exact scenario above for Youporn.tv where the domain was awarded to complainant because of registrant change.

Thats correct, they can claim the name if you sell it because then the new owner is infringing (its after the filed date) If you hold it and don't try and sell and don't park it and have ads in the TM holders industry, then you will be fine..you can say its being developed if anyone asks...

You dont have to develop it, but dont show bad faith either
