Not much searches for this domain. Registered since 1998. What do you guys think? Overpaid?

Nice domain, but many NJ domains are indeed overpaid. That is, unless there are development plans for that domain it's going to be yet another costly asset :imho:

I love the domain! I didn't realize the auction was ongoing otherwise I would've placed a bid myself From a dev's point of view I get tons of ideas for this domain. I think it's a complete bargain!
