Directi/Reseller club - Domain push??

I have a problem.
I have registered a few domains at domains.creativeon.com(Directi/Reseller club)
But I am not able to push the domain.
Whenever I try to push a domain I get this error message.

Error Message: ****.org cannot be moved to another Customers account as the associated Domain Registration service is currently under the Money Back period.

How long is the money back period?
How do I bypass it?

I waited for 4 days.Now I can push the domain.
So the money period is for 4 days.
