Direct advertisement on a website

I recently recieved an email from one of the agents of an online marketing company (their website looks very professional). The agent wrote asking if I could add the website of a client (a big company) on my website. He wrote that he is ready to pay in advance using PayPal. I have a niche website. How should go about making a deal and how do I figure out how much to charge?

It can depend on a number of different factors. You could try searching Google and finding some other relevant websites that offer advertising prices and try to come up with a number that way.

Pagerank, traffic, link location, and the number of other outbound links you have on the page should all play a role on how you come up with a price.
