Digital download and shopping cart

I want to use a shopping cart where people download products after paying through Paypal.

Can I just use the IPN or do I have to sign up for a business account where I need to pay $30 per month? I'm assuming that I will earn less than $5 per month and it wouldn't be worth it to me.

I really want to know if I can just use my personal Paypal account for this.

Any help would be appreciated.
