I had trouble finding the appropriate section of Namepros to post my review, but this seemed most related.

I recently used the service of Digipawn, Inc to pawn 24 domain names (as a group) for cash.
They loan money to you on your domains and other digital assets.
Digipawn
I had a great experience, communication was good, and the process was easy.
For me, the process went like this:
1) Simply sign and fax to them an agreement form which they email to you in .pdf form
2) I pushed the domains to their registrar account. All my 24 names were with Enom, so I pushed the names to Digipawn's Enom account. Digipawn then moved all the domains to Fabulous.com hence renewing the names.
3) They Paypal'd me the advance amount the same day I pushed the domains.
4) I was able to renew the loan for additional months by just paying a montly 15% interest fee (which goes down to 12% after 3 months)
5) When the loan was repaid (I paypal'd them), the domains were pushed to my Fabulous account. I already had a Fabulous.com account and like them a lot. So in my case they renewed all my domains for free!
Also, the amount of money advanced for the domains was very reasonable. Even better, Digipawn keeps the nameservers the same, so you continue to make money on your domains through your ppc - none of that is interrupted.
If the process was this easy for 24 domains as a bulk pawn, it would be a piece of cake for just one quality domain.
I recommend this service to anybody! Thought you'd all be interested to find out from somebody who has used the Digipawn service.
